Here's our BUU Routine!
Over the last week, we've been considering how the our physical activities impact our experience of time. (CLICK HERE to learn more.) Based on the thoughts of individuals shared, we've created a BUU Routine of unique and necessary physical activities to help craft a new path through a week.
A BIG thank you to each of you who sent in your personal routines so that we could see new ideas and come up with a common routine for our congregation. It was clear that no one routine would fit us all, so we've added a column for you to adapt the BUU routine for your personal activities.
