A BUU Weekly Routine?

Picture
If we collaborated on a weekly routine to reclaim our time, what would we create together?

Last Saturday's BUUB invited you to consider a personal routine of unique and necessary actions to create a path through your week and reengage your experience of time. (If you missed that BUUB CLICK HERE to read it.)

The premise is this: we experience time via the actions of our bodies. As we have begun social distancing, we have limited the unique actions that helped us navigate time. If we were to plan unique and necessary actions for each day of the week, we can create a new path through time.

This week, we take the next step: sharing our daily routines to create a shared BUU weekly routine, deepening our sense of community and supporting one another in our path through time.

We are looking for those things that you do once or twice a week, not every day. Taking a walk for example is a very necessary activity, but if you do it frequently, won't help establish a new pathway through the week. Additionally, we are seeking physical activities over more mental ones (although if you do a crossword once a week, we want to hear about that too). Finally, we want to hear when you plan your day of rest.

When you are ready, you can share your routine below. If we get enough of a response, we will bring them together and craft a BUU schedule to share.
